DS22/1239 - Modifications to DA11/1386 – 75/79 Queen Street, Berry

I have been approached by locals who have asked me to start a petition on this matter. This community petition can be signed by clicking here

For those unfamiliar with this issue, in 2011, a DA was approved for a service station on the abovementioned site.

In approving the DA, council attached several conditions of consent. The applicant is now seeking to radically change those consent conditions which will have a significant impost on the Berry community.

Shoalhaven City Council - Trees' 45 Degree Rule

We the undersigned strongly condemn attempts by the Greens Political Party and NSW Labor Councillors for their moves to water down Shoalhaven City Council tree management policies that allow property owners to remove dangerous trees that endanger lives and property.
