Statement: COVID Testing Clinic In Kiama

Due to concerns from local residents about COVID testing availability, I have spoken to the Illawarra-Shoalhaven Health District and requested at a drive-through COVID testing clinic be established in Kiama.

Following these discussions this morning, I can confirm that a clinic will be established in Kiama to ensure people experiencing symptoms can be tested locally – rather than having to drive to a location where stay-at-home orders apply.

The clinic will be operational by tomorrow and will be free to anyone experiencing symptoms.

As soon as the location and times are confirmed, I will update our community further.
