Statement: Passing of Mr David Jesson

I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of former Shellharbour City Council Administrator David Jesson.

A respected administrator and consummate professional, Mr Jesson steered Shellharbour City through a tumultuous period and helped bring democratic representation back to its people.

I worked closely with Mr Jesson during this tenure and I always had the utmost respect for him both professionally and as a person.

I extend my deepest condolences to his wife Susan and all of Mr Jesson’s family and friends.
