Cambewarra School of Arts - Request for Funding
The Cambewarra School of Arts Inc. is seeking funding to enable essential work to repair various parts of its building
The repair work will include, ceiling, interior walls and window surrounds, including white ant damaged timber, cladding and stud work prior to painting. Painting of the ceiling, interior walls and doors will also be undertaken.
The local Cambewarra community support the preservation of this unique historical School of Arts Hall. The proposed renovations of the hall will be respectful of its history and uniqueness. It will result in a safer, more appealing and a more functional local facility and asset for the community yet still reflect a slice of yesteryear. Through much needed repairs, the hall will continue to provide the community with an ideal venue for a diverse range of local events at a very modest cost.
